Hi-therm manufactures gas burner suitable for lpg and natural gas. The burners are fully automatic in operation and are available in on/off [single stage] and hi/lo/on/off [two stage] model depending upon the requirement. The 10,000 kcal/hr to 5 lakh kcal/hr. The burner has all the safety features like pre-purging facility, auto ignition, flame supervision, which works through a microprocessor-based sequence controller called fire-eye. The system can be operated under the command of a temperature controller. A fine working of temperature can also be achieved through the hi/lo models wherein a flame controller is used along with a two set point temperature controler to have low and high flames. For higher capacity models, a step less modulated burner is also available, which works on pid controller. The burners are best suited for powder coating and bakery ovens, travelling tube annealing oven, dryers, hot air/water generators, steam boilers, thermic fluid heaters, furnaces and allied heating system. The company also undertakes the conversion of electric/fuel fired equipments to gas automation, right from "concept to commissioning", ie, designing the gas system - lpg bank + piping, supply of gas burners and commissioning the system on the equipment.
